  Worst customer service I have ever experienced. And rude! Although we made reservations, we waited 1.5 hours to be seated. While in wait area, a waitress said margaritas are going to take a while so beer would be a better option. When finally seated, it took 30 minutes for appetizer (honey brie) to come out, and, the bread was still frozen! Waiter never brought utensils or napkins so we weren't sure how to share it. Everyone around us was complaining about the wait and cold, stale food. I got nausea and upset stomach after biting into the frozen bread and waiting 2 hours to finally start dinner, so we canceled our salads and left. It was a disaster.

  These two stars are for the beer only. Came in to buy two growlers. The waiter misinformed me that the growlers are 25 each. So I proceeded to order two. My bill was 100dls for two growlers. The manager refused to talk to us and instead told the waiter to take the growler back. Of course he would rather throw them away than settle with the customer. I would give them negative zero stars for the way this was handled. But the beer really is delicious. I did have a drink and respectively pay for my drinks. I would recommend Taps brewery or BJs brewery before this place. This place needs a better manager. As a business owner myself that's no way to treat a customer.
